Payment Options

There are a variety of payment options available for patients. As a courtesy, our front office staff will estimate your portion of the fees at the time of service and directly bill your insurance company for their estimated portion. We do ask that the patient portion is paid at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, and CareCredit (link to carecredit.com). If you are interested in the Care Credit option, please come by our office or go on-line to www.CareCredit.com. Care Credit offers NO INTEREST and small monthly payment plans.

Dental Insurance:

At Northlake Dentistry, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and then allow them 30 days to render payment. After that time, you are responsible for the remaining balance to be paid in full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
